CIAMA FEATURES

Your multichannel business.
One cockpit to run it.

CIAMA is Dawap’s modular software for multichannel commerce. Connect your business systems, teams and sales channels around a shared PIM: catalogue, sales, purchasing, inventory and profitability.

Licensed dedicated SaaS · Your OVHcloud instance, managed by Dawap · On-premise option

PRODUCT DATA THAT CONNECTS YOUR OPERATIONS

It comes together around the product.

The same item can be purchased from a supplier, held in several warehouses and sold through B2B, a store or a marketplace. The PIM connects these operations so you can understand their results together.

Write API

Your business systems

Your ERP, catalogue sources and business applications supply the data supported by CIAMA’s APIs.

Your other applications

Authorised applications in your environment can retrieve the catalogue data exposed by the API.

Your existing systems can remain the catalogue source. Data exchanges and access are defined for your integration.

One product. Several teams. A shared view.

The catalogue identifies the product; purchasing finds its supplier; logistics follows its stock; channel managers review its offers and sales. Management can then connect these operations to profitability.

Seven modules, from catalogue to margin.

Follow the same organisation as the cockpit. Each module supports a business function, connected through shared product references and configured data exchanges.

Catalogue & PIMPIM

The PIM at the heart of your operations.

The PIM is CIAMA’s required foundation, holding shared product data and connecting every module. Your ERP or existing PIM stays in control and maintains it through APIs: segmentation, quality scores and a view of multichannel performance.

What this helps you achieve

Less searching across systems: a shared reference to understand each product and identify information to complete.

In everyday use

Your ERP sends a product reference. Once identifiers are matched, you can find its offers, sales and inventory in CIAMA; another business application can also retrieve its catalogue data through the API.

Explore Catalogue & PIM
  • Feed the catalogue through APIs

Create and update products, brands, categories and tags from your source systems.

  • Make data available for reading

Let an internal application, a custom store or a business portal retrieve catalogue data within the available access and field scope.

  • Check product data quality

Find missing GTINs, images, dimensions or brands. Filter the affected products to prioritise corrections in your source system.

  • Match product references

Link external identifiers and aliases to CIAMA products to find their associated offers and operations.

  • Connect the modules

Find a product’s B2B, e-commerce and marketplace sales alongside its associated purchase lines and inventory.

  • Put results in context

Products, brands and categories provide shared dimensions for analysing multichannel performance.

B2B commerceB2B

Give your sales team a clear direction.

Connect customers, offers and orders to your sales representatives. Track targets and actual results to prepare team reviews, understand gaps and find the customers or products behind performance.

What this helps you achieve

Sales reviews based on shared data, with visibility into each representative’s targets and actual results.

In everyday use

Prepare a sales review: compare the target with actual results, then find the orders and customers associated with the representative.

Explore B2B commerce
  • Customers and sales representatives

Find business customers, sales representatives and their associated orders.

  • Quotations and orders

Review collected deals and orders, their lines and statuses, keeping actual sales separate from forecasts.

  • Sales targets and performance

Set annual targets for each sales representative and track available results to identify gaps against expectations.

Scope. Commercial terms are supplied by connected sources; creating or editing them depends on the agreed scope.

MarketplacesMarketplace

Performance & profitabilityReporting

Understand what drives sales and margin.

Move from the overall picture to individual channels, brands and products. Shared references let you compare contributions and find the operations behind the results.

What this helps you achieve

Identify what contributes to results and which costs or missing data need investigation.

In everyday use

A channel’s revenue is growing while its margin falls: drill down into products and costs to understand the difference.

Explore performance & profitability

Bring B2B, marketplace and e-commerce performance into one management view.

  • Periods and contributions

Examine trends and analyse results by channel, product, brand or category.

  • Reports and exports

Investigate further and use available reports to prepare business decisions.

THE SHARED INTEGRATION LAYER

Keep data moving. Stay in control.

APIs and connections link your modules to your business systems. Define the sources, the data to exchange and the operations to automate.

  1. Supply data

Send supported catalogue, inventory and B2B data from your applications.

  2. Retrieve data

Make accessible data available to authorised applications within the supported resource and permission scope.

  3. Orchestrate

Configure supported channel exchanges and examine results, errors and discrepancies.

In everyday use

A stock update enters CIAMA and affected marketplace targets are recalculated. Where automatic updates are enabled and supported, the process is tracked through to the result check.

The current inbound inventory API targets the Default warehouse. The multi-warehouse/3PL API extension and outbound orders to ERP are planned.

MODULAR SOFTWARE DEVELOPED BY DAWAP

Your dedicated instance. Managed by us.

CIAMA is offered as licensed dedicated SaaS: your business has its own instance, hosted at OVHcloud and managed by Dawap. Choose the modules your teams need; we define the connections and adaptations with you.

Prefer to use your infrastructure? CIAMA can also be installed on your servers, including on-premise. Operations and support responsibilities are agreed as part of your offer.

Understand pricing and licensing

Define your CIAMA scope.

Can we start with selected modules?

Yes. The modules and connections depend on your priorities. Scoping defines the data required, dependencies between modules and the operations included.

What does dedicated SaaS mean for CIAMA?

Dawap installs and operates a CIAMA instance dedicated to your business on servers hosted at OVHcloud. You use the software under licence; modules, operations and development scope are defined in your offer. Installation on your infrastructure is also available.

Can the PIM be populated and read through APIs?

Yes. The APIs support catalogue ingestion and provide read resources. Your applications can use exposed data with the appropriate access. Fields, permissions and data flows are defined for your integration.

How does CIAMA fit with our ERP?

Your ERP can remain the source for some data, including the catalogue. CIAMA connects it to multichannel operations. Each direction of exchange is scoped separately; sending orders to ERP is a planned development.

How do Procurement and Logistics differ?

Procurement follows supplier purchases and incoming goods. Logistics covers warehouses, inventory, fulfilment and the replenishment planner. Shared product references connect these two views.

Is every action available on every channel?

Read and write capabilities vary by connection. The demo clarifies supported operations for your channels. Planned developments are identified beside the relevant capabilities.

Can data flows be adapted to our processes?

Yes. Adaptations can be assessed for your sources, business rules and exchanges. Delivery and maintenance are defined in the proposal.
