B2B commerce

Your B2B activity. Your sales targets.
Better-informed decisions.

Turn ERP data into a shared view for management and sales teams. Find customers, orders and sales performance, track targets and analyse margins using the costs you provide.

Your ERP supplies the data. Your team sees the bigger picture.

Orders alone do not explain business performance. CIAMA connects them to customers, salespeople and PIM product records, preserving sales context and supporting B2B reporting.

From business data to decisions — an explanatory journey.
  1. Send

Your system sends customers, salespeople, pricing categories, offers, orders and fulfillments through the API.

  2. Connect

Identifiers link sales to PIM product records while preserving their B2B context.

  3. Review

Explore activity, compare results with targets and examine margins where the required data is available.

Your ERP remains the source of the data it sends. CIAMA organises that data around the same catalog used by your other sales channels.

See what sold. Understand where the order stands.

Move from an overview to an order and its lines. Data from your ERP provides sales, delivery and invoicing context, without asking teams to enter the same information again.

Customers and pricing terms

Bring together business customers, their pricing categories and submitted prices. Offers link back to products in the shared catalog.

Orders and deliveries

Search by channel, period or status. Review submitted sales, delivery and invoicing statuses alongside available shipment information.

Actuals and forecasts

Keep actual orders separate from forecasts. Forecasts are excluded from actual sales in the relevant performance views, so the two scopes remain clear.

Management and sales teams

Give every target the context of actual results.

Set salesperson targets and track progress month by month. Management gains a common reference for comparing results, identifying gaps and guiding discussions with the team.

  • Set an annual target and its monthly allocation.
  • Compare targets, actual results and gaps by salesperson.
  • Identify periods that need closer attention.

Understand the costs behind sales

Revenue is only part of the picture.

Purchase costs and costs associated with sales help you look beyond volumes. CIAMA uses a shared margin engine across channels: B2B feeds the PIM’s product, brand and tag analyses.

  1. Sales excluding tax

B2B sales are assessed on their tax-exclusive value.

  2. Purchase costs

Purchase costs associated with products are deducted from sales.

  3. Reported direct costs

The engine also accounts for shipping and commissions, according to available data and the configured scope.

Sales excluding tax − purchases − shipping − commissions

The margin engine’s calculation principle, based on the costs provided.

A missing cost is not a zero cost. A margin may remain unavailable when required data is missing. Importing shipping costs and matching them to orders must be scoped during integration.

One product record, from catalog to profitability.

A product sold through B2B keeps its link to the PIM. Review its sales and available margins, then broaden the view to its brands, tags or other channels. This helps you assess a product range beyond a single sales route.

In development

Deeper order tracking and cost analysis.

These extensions build on B2B reporting. Scope and availability must be confirmed for your project.

A dedicated order pipeline

Bring order, delivery and invoicing stages into a tracking journey to help identify situations requiring attention. Imported statuses already provide the foundation.

Allocation of additional costs

Include warehouse costs and other business expenses, then define how they are allocated by period, order or product to extend profitability analysis.

Your deployment scope

A B2B module connected to your organisation.

CIAMA is a modular licensed product, available on dedicated hosting managed by Dawap or on your own servers. The PIM provides the shared foundation; the B2B module adds commercial data, targets and reporting. API flows and ERP responsibilities are agreed during scoping.

CIAMA is licensed software deployed on-premise. Connections, enabled features and adaptations are defined for your deployment.

Your questions, answered

Do we need to replace our ERP?

No. Your ERP can remain the master for customers, orders and pricing terms. It sends supported data to CIAMA through the API for matching and reporting. The required flows are defined with your team.

Which B2B data can we send?

The API supports salespeople, customers, pricing categories, product prices, offers, orders and fulfillments. External identifiers are used to find records when updates are submitted.

Can we track salesperson targets?

Yes. You can define annual targets, allocate them by month and compare actual results with targets for each salesperson. Automatic bonus calculation is not included in the scope presented here.

How are margins calculated?

The engine starts with sales excluding tax and subtracts reported purchase costs, shipping and commissions. Missing data can prevent a calculation. Allocation of additional business expenses is in development; the result will depend on the costs actually included.

Can we track deliveries and invoicing?

Orders can carry distinct sales, delivery and invoicing statuses received from the source system. Submitted logistics information adds context. The dedicated pipeline journey is in development.

Is this also an ordering portal for customers?

This page covers internal B2B management and reporting. A buyer portal, online ordering or an approval journey requires a separate project scope.
