One business, several routes to market

See the product behind every sale.

The same product can sell through your online store, appear on a marketplace and be ordered by a B2B customer. Linking it to a shared catalogue helps you understand its activity while preserving the origin of each order.

The catalogue connects the product records

Products, identifiers and channel mappings provide a basis for reviewing sales and availability together.

Consolidation relies on collected data and accurate product mappings. It does not imply instant synchronisation across every system.

When decisions overlap

A product starts selling faster. Several teams need to act.

Your online store sells more of a product already offered on marketplaces and through B2B. Here is how shared data can inform three decisions, without confusing visibility with automation.

  1. 01 / Understand demand

    Keep promoting the product?

    Marketing and ecommerce

The team reviews observed sales by product and channel. It distinguishes an increase in store sales from growth across the business before extending its promotion.

    Analyse sales

CIAMA supplies the trading context. Campaign management and advertising attribution stay in their own tools.

  2. 02 / Check availability

    Where is the stock?

    Logistics and marketplaces

Logistics checks known quantities by warehouse. The marketplace team reviews target quantities and update attempts for supported offers: physical stock and published availability are not interchangeable.

    Connect inventory and operations

Data freshness and available actions depend on the connections and their configuration.

  3. 03 / Plan ahead

    Is it time to reorder?

    Purchasing and replenishment

Buyers review sales alongside stock levels and supplier constraints. Planned replenishment support in CIAMA aims to bring these inputs together to inform that decision.

    Explore planned purchasing support

A planned module in the target offering. Automatic purchase ordering is not promised.

Keep the detail behind the overview

Totals show the direction. Channels explain the change.

Management reviews the consolidated business; teams return to individual channels and products to investigate differences. A growing store should not hide a marketplace with deteriorating margins.

Observe, decide and act

Scope automation one flow at a time.

The cockpit does not make every connection bidirectional. We distinguish the data to bring together, the operations to enable and the capabilities still to be built.

The foundation to configure

  • Product catalogue and channel mappings
  • Order collection and channel-level views
  • Warehouse stock and available history
  • Marketplace stock updates for supported offers

Planned capabilities

  • Automatic stock updates to Shopify/Wix
  • Sending orders to your ERP
  • Purchasing and replenishment support
  • Multi-carrier shipment tracking

These capabilities are part of the target offering; delivery and scope must be confirmed for your project. Ecommerce price updates are also an agreed direction, not a universal promotion engine.

Your systems retain their roles

CIAMA connects operations. Your tools keep their responsibilities.

Your stores handle baskets and payments. Your ERP retains its defined management responsibilities. Your WMS runs physical warehouse operations. CIAMA, deployed on-premise under licence, provides the shared cockpit and the operations selected for your organisation.

First, define the data and operations your teams need. Business-specific adaptations and further development are then prioritised through an agile roadmap, with an explicit delivery scope.

Organising your multichannel business

Who is this multichannel solution for?

Retailers, brands and distributors combining online stores, marketplaces and/or B2B sales who want to connect their operations. You do not need all three channel types to scope a CIAMA project.

Does CIAMA replace my stores or ERP?

That is not the starting point. We define each tool’s role and the flows you need. CIAMA brings commercial data and selected operations into an on-premise cockpit; it does not automatically replace payments, accounting or your WMS.

Do all teams see the same information?

Teams work with shared product references and business data within the project scope. This does not promise specific granular permissions, notifications or approval workflows. Access requirements need a separate assessment.

Is stock updated in real time on every channel?

No. Flows depend on sources, connectors and activation. Marketplace stock synchronisation applies to supported offers. Automatic stock updates to Shopify/Wix are planned; universal instant synchronisation is not claimed.

Are carrier tracking and replenishment already available?

Purchasing support and multi-carrier tracking are planned parts of the target offering. Existing sales, inventory and logistics data provide a foundation, but do not establish that these two modules have been delivered for your deployment.

Which decision still sends you between several systems?

Describe your channels and one real task: checking stock, finding an order or understanding a margin. We will prepare a demonstration around that workflow.
