For online retailers, brands and distributors

Your next sales channel.
Not your next headache.

Growing marketplace sales takes more than an online catalogue. CIAMA brings products, offers, orders and inventory into one cockpit, helping you prepare for expansion and understand its contribution.

  • Amazon
  • Cdiscount
  • ManoMano
  • Decathlon
  • Fnac Darty
  • eBay
  • Rakuten
  • Leroy Merlin

Two starting points. The same operational focus.

Where is your business today?

Getting started

Your online store is established. Your first marketplace is next.

Start with a focused product range, usable product data and a defined inventory source. Plan the launch with the teams responsible for delivering on each sale.

  • Choose the products and channel to assess
  • Identify gaps in your product information
  • Define inventory and order handling

Scaling up

You already sell on marketplaces. Now you want to expand.

Before adding another seller account, look at missing listings, inventory discrepancies and the profitability of your existing channels. CIAMA brings these views together to inform your next commercial decision.

  • Review your catalogue coverage
  • Track operations on supported offers
  • Compare sales with the costs available
Review my priorities

From commercial plans to daily operations

Launching a channel takes more than going live.

The marketplace team selects the range. The catalogue team prepares the data. Logistics tracks availability. Management reviews margins. CIAMA gives those decisions a shared operational context.

  1. 01 / Select

The right products before the entire catalogue.

Your decisionWhich product range do you want to develop on this channel?

    How CIAMA helps

Review offer coverage alongside known stock levels. Catalogue coverage highlights missing or inactive offers on connected channels; completeness checks help identify missing product data.

    Explore catalogue coverage

A missing listing is not a guaranteed sale. The commercial choice remains yours.

  2. 02 / Prepare

An existing product page or a new listing?

Your decisionDoes the product already exist in the target marketplace catalogue?

    How CIAMA helps

The project distinguishes adding an offer to an existing product page from creating a new product page. Required attributes, channel rules and publishing workflows need to be scoped before launch.

    Explore the planned publishing scope

Offer creation and publishing are part of the CIAMA target offering and are being finalised. Availability must be confirmed for each marketplace.

  3. 03 / Operate

Every additional sale still needs an order you can follow.

Your decisionWhich stock should you offer, and where will you find the new channel’s orders?

    How CIAMA helps

Configure target stock for supported offers and track update attempts. Find collected orders in the cockpit, keeping the channel, products sold and operational activity connected.

    Understand marketplace inventory sync

Read and write operations depend on enabled connections. Sending orders to your ERP is planned, not generally available.

04 / Evaluate

More sales.
But what about the margin?

A channel can grow in revenue without becoming more profitable. CIAMA brings sales and available costs together so you can examine the contribution of products and channels.

One product. A defined scope.

Your marketplaces.
Your CIAMA configuration.

The logos represent channels to consider for your project, not identical integration coverage. For each connection, we define the data collected and the operations supported. No official partnership is implied.

Start with existing connections

Amazon and Cdiscount are among the connections identified in CIAMA. Countries, seller accounts, collected data and write operations need to be qualified for your deployment.

Assess the next channels

ManoMano, Decathlon, Fnac Darty, eBay, Rakuten or Leroy Merlin: each requirement needs its own scope. A logo does not establish that a complete connector is ready to activate.

Review integration scopes

Your environment. Your requirements.

A cockpit that fits your operating model.

CIAMA is a licensed, on-premise product. Your ERP, online store and logistics tools retain their defined roles in your system. The cockpit brings together the data and operations selected for your marketplace business.

Configuration, integration and customisation: the project separates the initial scope from further development. An agile roadmap follows your priorities without promising universal coverage from day one.

Before you expand

Can I keep my online store and ERP?

Yes. A CIAMA project is built around your existing environment. We define which system owns product data, inventory and orders, then scope the exchanges needed. CIAMA does not require you to replace your store or ERP.

Do I need to publish my entire catalogue at launch?

No. You can scope the project around priority products and channels. Catalogue coverage and data quality help prepare that scope; they do not predict commercial demand.

Can CIAMA publish my new offers?

Creation and publishing are part of the target offering and are being finalised. The two intended workflows are adding an offer to an existing product page and creating a new page. Availability and constraints must be confirmed for each channel.

Does CIAMA automate all inventory and order flows?

No. Inventory synchronisation applies to supported offers and connections, according to configuration and activation. Collecting orders does not mean automatically sending them to your ERP: that outbound flow is planned and needs to be scoped.

Can I use CIAMA to build my own marketplace?

No. CIAMA is for businesses selling on marketplaces. It centralises and orchestrates their operations; it is not marketplace-building software.

How can I prepare for a useful demonstration?

Tell us which channels you use, which marketplaces you are considering and which operational problems you need to solve. A few product examples and an outline of your systems are enough to start the discussion. This page does not request production access.
