ERP, ecommerce and marketplaces

Less manual entry.
More control over your data flows.

Your ERP, stores and marketplaces each have a job to do. CIAMA connects them around your catalog, inventory and orders: a multichannel cockpit to put data to work and automate supported flows, without replacing your entire business system.

Connect the tools you rely on

One source of truth. A clear role for each system.

When a quantity is edited in several tools, which one can you trust? Every integration starts with a simple question: where should this information be maintained?

Conceptual diagram: sources, processing and destinations are defined for each flow. This is not a software screenshot.

Your source systems

  • ERP / PIM: product records and attributes
  • Inventory system: reference quantities
  • Sales channels: offers and orders

Data ownership follows your operating model, not a fixed system diagram.

CIAMA

Match data, make it usable in the cockpit and run the configured exchanges.

  • Receive
  • Process
  • Track

Your teams and destinations

  • Teams: catalog, sales, inventory and reporting
  • Supported marketplaces: inventory updates
  • ERP: outbound order flow planned

Receiving data in CIAMA does not automatically send it to every other tool.

Catalog, inventory and orders

Which exchange should move beyond spreadsheets?

Bringing data into CIAMA and writing back to your tools are separate capabilities. Choose the first exchange that matters to your teams, then define its data, rules and timing.

Into CIAMA

Inbound API to integrate

Feed your product catalog

Send products, brands, categories and tags from your source system. External identifiers retain the link to the original records, bringing the catalog into your teams’ cockpit.

Explore catalog management & PIM

Adapting the source format and mapping business data are part of the integration project.

Into CIAMA

Inbound API to integrate

Import reference inventory

Feed the default warehouse with quantities and their calculation time. A shared basis for operations and for calculating marketplace inventory targets.

Understand inventory in CIAMA

This import addresses the default warehouse, not unrestricted writes to every warehouse.

From CIAMA

By configuration and channel

Send marketplace stock updates

Stock Dispatcher uses the selected inventory sources to calculate a target, trigger enabled updates and track their outcome on supported channels.

Explore marketplace inventory sync

Write permissions, rules and channel capabilities are checked before activation.

From CIAMA

Planned flow — not yet delivered

Send orders to your ERP

Avoid entering sales again in your business system: this outbound flow is part of CIAMA’s planned offering. Its scope will be defined around your ERP and processes.

Explore marketplace orders

To define for your project: the destination ERP, transferred fields, statuses and exchange frequency.

Know what actually completed

“Sent” does not always mean “applied”.

An accepted request may still be waiting to run. CIAMA distinguishes processing stages so your technical team can investigate a delay or failure instead of assuming that every system is up to date.

  1. 01 / Receipt

    Was the request received?

For supported API imports, a receipt identifies the accepted request. You can check its status without confusing acceptance with a completed update.

  2. 02 / Processing

    Was the data applied?

Imports use source identity and data revisions. Missing dependencies and errors remain identifiable so the team can arrange recovery.

  3. 03 / Destination

Does the channel confirm the result?

For supported marketplace inventory writes, attempt history and a subsequent channel refresh help verify the outcome of the update.

Tracking varies by flow: receipts for inbound API requests, logs for instrumented jobs, and attempt history with channel feedback for Stock Dispatcher. This is not a promise of guaranteed success or universal real-time updates.

Start with one useful flow. Extend from there.

Start where manual work slows your team down.

Copied product records, manually reconciled stock, orders entered twice: describe the operation. We then define what CIAMA can handle, what needs adapting and what still needs to be delivered.

  1. Identify the trusted source

Who maintains the data? Which system owns it? Which teams need it?

A responsible system for each piece of data.

  2. Define the exchange

Flow direction, identifiers, fields, timing, volume and exception handling: make the rules explicit.

A scope separating existing capabilities, adaptations and planned work.

  3. Test before activation

Check representative cases, missing data and failures before enabling the relevant writes.

Acceptance criteria agreed with your team.

  4. Extend around your priorities

Add a useful channel or data flow, with business-specific changes prioritized through an agile roadmap.

A defined path forward, not a rebuild for every new requirement.

Your environment. Your operating model.

A licensed product, not a collection of disconnected scripts.

CIAMA brings together the business cockpit, integration capabilities and processing visibility. Deployed on-premise, it fits into your environment while your ERP and logistics tools keep their own responsibilities.

Configuration, custom development, hosting, maintenance and updates are scoped in the proposal. Licensing and support terms are quoted for your project.

Questions to ask before connecting your systems

Does CIAMA replace our ERP or WMS?

No. CIAMA is a multichannel cockpit connecting commercial data and operations. Accounting, business administration and warehouse execution stay in the systems designed for those jobs. The responsibilities of each system are defined at the start.

Can we connect an ERP without a standard connector?

CIAMA’s inbound API supports catalog, inventory and B2B data independently of any ERP brand. Integration requires a review of access, formats, versions and business mappings. Custom development may be needed; having an API does not make every ERP a plug-and-play connection.

Can CIAMA already send orders to our ERP?

Sending orders from CIAMA to an ERP is part of the planned offering but has not yet been delivered. It is separate from collecting orders into CIAMA. The project defines the ERP, data to transfer and status handling.

Are all exchanges automatic and real-time?

No. Triggers, frequency and tracking depend on the flow and the constraints of each API. Some exchanges are scheduled, others asynchronous or action-driven. Outbound stock updates for Shopify/Wix remain planned; they are separate from supported marketplace updates.

How can we start without disrupting operations?

Start with one priority exchange, an identified source and a limited scope. Define mapping rules, failure scenarios and acceptance criteria before activation. Further flows and custom requirements can then join the project roadmap.

From your process to the first data flow

Which exchange would you automate first?

Tell us which systems are involved, what data needs to move and which manual step you want to remove. We can then separate existing capabilities from the adaptations and development your project needs.
