Multichannel inventory and logistics

Inventory is not an isolated number.
It connects the sale to the operation.

Find warehouse inventory alongside its commercial context. CIAMA connects availability, sales and logistics data so teams can examine what can be sold and what needs attention.

See inventory in the right place and context.

A total can hide important differences between warehouses. A quantity published on a marketplace does not necessarily describe physical availability. The cockpit brings these views together without conflating them.

Relationships between data — a conceptual diagram.
One product reference
Physical inventory
Review collected warehouse data and the products involved. The view depends on the source and its freshness.
Commercial availability
Examine target quantities and supported channel exchanges. Publishing inventory remains a separate operation.
Logistics operations
Relate delivery information and collected fees to the context of your sales.

Warehouse quantity, published availability and delivery information answer three different questions.

Purchasing, logistics and commerce around shared references.

Purchasing prepares needs. Logistics checks availability. Marketplace managers follow offers. CIAMA connects these questions without claiming to execute every physical movement.

  • Inventory and warehouses
  • Available quantity history
  • Replenishment needs visibility
  • Collected deliveries and costs

Your deployment scope

The inventory source is a project decision.

Selected warehouses, collection schedules and commercial flows are defined together. CIAMA cannot guarantee instant data when a source system or channel does not provide it.

CIAMA is licensed software deployed on-premise. Connections, enabled features and adaptations are defined for your deployment.

Your questions, answered

Does CIAMA replace my WMS?

Not by default. Stock and logistics views can complement an existing WMS; system responsibilities need to be agreed.

Is carrier tracking supported everywhere?

Multi-carrier tracking is part of the planned target. Supported carriers and operations remain to be confirmed.

Start with the stock your teams need to understand.

Warehouses, quantity sources and sales channels: tell us how you operate. We will prepare a view around your operational needs.
