Distributors · Wholesalers · Importers

Several routes to market.
One business to manage.

Your resellers place B2B orders, your stores sell online and marketplaces extend your reach. CIAMA connects these operations around your products, without asking you to replace your ERP.

Licensed software · Dedicated hosting managed by Dawap or on-premise

Marketplaces, stores, ERP and logistics: these brands illustrate the environments involved in your multichannel projects. Connections depend on scope or require an integration assessment. No official partnership is claimed.

View connections and availability

Keep your systems. Connect the activity.

Your ERP stays in place. Your channels become easier to read together.

A wholesale order, an online sale and a marketplace offer may refer to the same product. The project starts by matching their identifiers and agreeing which system owns each piece of data.

  1. Your ERP and source systems

They retain the responsibilities defined by your organisation, including master data, commercial management, accounting or warehouse execution.

  2. CIAMA, your shared operational view

The PIM matches product references. Modules bring together collected orders, stock availability and metrics to follow your business by product and channel.

  3. Your sales channels

B2B, online stores and marketplaces keep their context. Exchanges and actions are enabled according to the available data and selected connectors.

We agree the scope of each system with you. CIAMA does not implicitly replace your ERP, online store or WMS.

A practical journey

Follow a product from its catalogue entry to its contribution.

Consider a product sold to resellers and through your online channels. Four stages connect commercial activity with logistics and business decisions.

  1. Identify the same product

Match the ERP reference, store SKU and marketplace identifiers in the PIM. This creates a common reference for reading the operations.

    Explore the product reference

Mappings and imported data are agreed for your source systems.

  2. See sales from each channel

Review B2B orders and orders from connected channels. Keep their lines, origin and status when examining a product’s activity.

    Explore B2B operations

Collection depends on the channel and connection permissions.

  3. Put availability in context

Read sales alongside inventory collected from your warehouses and supported logistics providers. Teams share a basis for their operational decisions.

    Connect inventory and logistics

Inventory visibility does not automatically reserve units for an order.

  4. Read margins alongside costs

Examine sales, purchase costs and known fees to compare products and channels. Missing costs remain identifiable rather than being treated as profit.

    Review margins and data coverage

Metrics depend on the costs and data actually recorded.

Shared data. Different decisions.

Each team finds the context its work needs.

A product selling faster raises different questions for purchasing, logistics and management. CIAMA brings those views of the business closer together.

Sales & e-commerce

Which channels and products should we develop?

Review B2B, store and marketplace sales; identify gaps in catalogue coverage.

Purchasing & procurement

Which products should we review before ordering?

Read sales, availability and tracked purchases. Replenishment calculations and exports by warehouse are available; supplier lead times and advanced rules remain to be finalised.

Logistics

Where is the available stock?

Find warehouses, collected inventory and accessible shipment information.

Management

What contributes to our business?

Compare products and channels with a clear view of sales and cost data coverage.

These shared uses do not imply approval workflows or specific permission controls for each team.

An integration shaped around your organisation

Start with the useful flows. Extend from there.

The demo connects your needs with the product. Project scoping separates available features, connections to configure and adaptations to deliver.

  1. Identify the source systems

ERP, PIM, stores, seller accounts and warehouses: clarify where identifiers, stock quantities and commercial data are maintained.

  2. Choose an initial scope

Select the channels, products and views that matter. Validate mappings and accessible flows before extending the use cases.

  3. Agree deployment and next steps

Licence and modules, dedicated hosting operated by Dawap or installation in your own IT environment, support and an adaptation roadmap.

Defined exchanges, rather than universal synchronisation.

Centralised orders can be read through the CIAMA API. Transferring them to your ERP requires an integration tailored to your system. Offer publishing and some store updates remain in development.

Scope the exchanges with your ERP

Before connecting your distribution channels

Does CIAMA replace our ERP?

No. The project defines CIAMA’s role alongside your existing systems. Accounting, commercial management and warehouse execution retain their agreed responsibilities.

Can we bring B2B and marketplace sales together?

Yes, within the scope of imported data and connected channels. Matching references in the PIM allows these activities to be reviewed together while preserving their origin.

Do all channels need to be connected at launch?

No. An initial scope can validate references, collection and practical uses. Further connections are added according to availability and project priorities.

Does CIAMA provide a complete reseller ordering portal?

The B2B module brings your commercial data together. A reseller ordering portal is a separate project, to be assessed against your needs.

Can we keep our internal hosting?

Yes. CIAMA can run in your own IT environment, including on-premise, or on a dedicated instance managed by Dawap. Access, prerequisites and operating responsibilities are agreed in the contract.

Your sales channels. Your organisation. A practical project.

Let’s start with your ERP, business customers and online channels to demonstrate the relevant scope of CIAMA.
