This policy covers browsing ciama.io and requesting a demo or quote. Processing within a client’s CIAMA software instance is governed by the arrangements agreed for that instance.

The form requests your first name, last name, business email and company. Phone number and message are also required to prepare the demo. The enquiry type, language and originating page path accompany the submission. This information is used to respond and prepare a demo or commercial proposal.
Depending on your situation, processing relies on pre-contractual steps requested by you or Dawap’s legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Technical data and server logs support site security and operation. Submission limits use a technical fingerprint of the network address; the counter does not store form contents.
Company suggestions are requested automatically once you type three characters into the company field. You can keep a manual entry without selecting a result. The company name or SIRET entered is sent through our server to the public French business search API. The selected company and SIRET may accompany your enquiry.
You can enter your company manually, including if it is based outside France or the registry is unavailable. Personal contact details and the form message are not sent to the registry.
Enquiries are intended for authorised Dawap team members handling your request. They are delivered to a Google Chat space within Dawap’s Google Workspace environment. The website does not provide a public contact database or sell your data.
Dawap operates the site on OVH infrastructure. Google processes message delivery and storage through Workspace. Depending on the services used, processing may occur outside the European Union, subject to the provider’s applicable contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms. Contact Dawap for details about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Dawap’s policy provides for retaining prospect enquiries and exchanges for up to three years after the last active contact. If a contractual relationship follows, necessary records are retained for the periods applicable to that relationship and legal obligations.
The form uses a temporary technical session for protection and delivery tracking. Delivered messages remain subject to Dawap’s retention rules in its tools; you may request erasure where applicable.
Google Analytics 4 audience measurement, managed through Google Tag Manager, is optional and based on your consent. Neither tool loads before you accept or after you reject analytics. Measurements cover pages viewed, recognised traffic sources, configured campaigns, interactions, foreground time and confirmed enquiries. Contact details and form contents are never sent to Analytics. No advertising tracker or session recording is enabled.
Your choice is saved in browser local storage for six months. You can accept, reject or withdraw permission through “Cookie preferences” at the bottom left. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes Analytics cookies accessible to this site; it does not automatically erase data already sent. Analytics cookies are configured to last no more than six months, without automatic renewal. The form remains available if you reject analytics. An essential session cookie secures enquiries. Fonts and visual assets are served locally.
Google receives permitted navigation events and technical information needed to transport them. Pseudonymous data remains personal data. Processing outside the European Union is possible; Google terms and applicable transfer mechanisms must be taken into account. Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and portability of your data. Email contact@dawap.fr with your request and enough information to identify the relevant exchange.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information through the demo form without being asked.
