Ecommerce inventory and pricing

Your stock changes.
Your stores need to keep up.

Outbound ecommerce flows: planned scope, agreed per store.

A delivery arrives. A selling price changes. Those updates should not stop at your ERP. Planned CIAMA ecommerce flows aim to send inventory and prices to your stores, with separate rules for each type of data.

Two data points. Different update rules.

Inventory expresses availability; price reflects a commercial decision. Bringing them into a cockpit does not give them the same sources, permissions or update frequency.

Two outbound flows to scope separately.
Your reference data

Store inventory

Automatic stock updates to Shopify/Wix are part of the planned target offering. Products, inventory sources and transmission rules need to be defined.

Store pricing

Price changes through CIAMA are an approved product direction. Editable fields and execution conditions still need to be specified for each connection.

Each flow needs its own source, rules and outcome checks. A connection alone is not enough.

Two situations to plan with your teams.

These examples describe workflows to build, not flows already enabled. Each needs an explicit source and an agreed outcome.

Your deployment scope

Start with one store and one specific flow.

Automatic Shopify/Wix inventory updates are planned; price updates need to be specified per connection. Operations, checks and availability are agreed before commitment. Full promotional campaigns are not included in this scope.

CIAMA is licensed software deployed on-premise. Connections, enabled features and adaptations are defined for your deployment.
