Product data quality
Identifiers, dimensions, media, brand or category: a missing field often creates work further down the line. CIAMA helps identify those gaps and focus catalog work.
Completeness checks examine identified attributes. They highlight products to review without confusing the presence of a value with its accuracy or compliance with marketplace requirements.
Is the expected field populated? This is what a completeness check evaluates.
Does the value correctly describe the product? That requires business verification.
Does the data meet the channel rule? Requirements can vary by category and marketplace.
Completeness highlights missing values. Accuracy and compliance require their own checks.
When preparing an assortment, start with the selected products and their missing attributes. The catalog team gathers source information; the marketplace manager then checks channel requirements. The score guides this work rather than doing it for them.
For example, a dimension may be present but expressed in the wrong unit. Completeness alone cannot validate that record or guarantee acceptance by a marketplace.
Your deployment scope
Identifiers, dimensions or media: we assess the checked attributes against your business needs. Completeness checks help prepare corrections; writing content, verifying products and approving editorial work remain separate operations.
CIAMA is licensed software deployed on-premise. Connections, enabled features and adaptations are defined for your deployment.
The check identifies gaps. It does not establish that information will be corrected or enriched automatically.
Catalog and marketing teams can prioritize products, while marketplace managers prepare channel-specific data requirements.
Start with your products and the attributes your teams need. See how to read completeness and organise the enrichment work.
