Understand your orders in their multichannel context

After offers, we bring orders and their lines into a shared framework. Find a sale by channel, period or status, and let your applications read the same operational data through the OMS API.

Find a sale and its items

To understand a sale, your teams need its context: the channel, date, status and items involved. When that information is scattered, locating an order means searching several places.

We bring orders from connected channels into the cockpit. This step builds on offer visibility and prepares operational follow-up, combining marketplace orders with their wider multichannel context.

What changes in daily work

  • Find an order while retaining its original sales channel.
  • Move from a sale to the items on its order lines.
  • Supply your tools with orders and lines through the API.

Features in detail

Core · Shared platform

A shared search that preserves context

The order list supports reference searches and filters for channel, channel type, status, year and month. Review a specific commercial scope while keeping the origin of each sale visible.

Order lines connect sales to items

Orders and their lines provide complementary levels of detail. The order describes the sale; its lines let you work with the products and offers involved, according to the relationships available in imported data.

API: work with orders and order lines

GET /api/oms/orders provides paginated search with criteria including status, channel and purchase dates. GET /api/oms/order-lines provides access to lines with channel, product, offer and period criteria.

Results remain scoped to the authenticated account. Purchase date and update date filters serve different purposes: analysing a trading period or retrieving changed records. Consult the detailed contract in the CIAMA API documentation.

Send orders to your ERP

A sales team finds a channel’s sales for a chosen period, then filters orders by status. Order lines identify the relevant items and link back to their product context.

To supply the ERP, middleware can read orders and their lines through CIAMA’s REST API, then send them in the format expected by the receiving system. Your developers, a service provider or DAWAP can build this integration depending on the project. The middleware handles field mappings, exchange frequency and checking the ERP-side result.

The same model lets you retrieve sales from individual online stores. Explore how to connect your ERP and sales channels.

This edition looks back at CIAMA’s evolution. The month is an editorial milestone in the product story, not a production deployment date.
