Know which offers belong to your products
When a range is sold on several marketplaces, product records alone are not enough. Your teams need to know which offer represents which item and on which channel it is sold.
We extend the PIM foundation with marketplace operations. A shared search brings connected channel data together while keeping the reference product distinct from its commercial offers.
What changes in daily work
- Find offers by channel and product group.
- Focus on active, in-stock or unmatched offers.
- Read offer lists and details through your API integration.
Features in detail
Marketplace
Search by channel and catalogue context
Filter marketplace offers by channel, brand, category or tag. Active status, stock availability and product matching let you narrow the list to the scope you need to review.
Understand what is connected to the PIM
The product relationship filter highlights unmatched offers. This builds on the alias workflow in R003: the cockpit reveals cases needing attention, while the catalogue holds the matching decision.
API: read offers in your own tools
GET /api/oms/offers returns a paginated list of offers belonging to the authenticated account, with creation and update date filters. GET /api/oms/offers/{id} returns the details of an offer in that account.
These routes can supply CIAMA data to an internal review tool. Their read contract is distinct from back-office filters and outbound marketplace publication. The CIAMA APIs and outbound connectors serve different purposes: reading an offer does not publish it to a channel.
Review a brand’s offers
A marketplace manager prepares a brand review. They select the relevant channel, find active offers and isolate those not yet linked to a product.
For an unrecognised reference, they open the PIM and check the item and pack size. Once the match is confirmed, the aliases introduced in R003 can link offers bearing that reference to the right product.
The team can distinguish offers ready for analysis from those whose reference data still needs work. If an offer’s data looks outdated, they check its channel synchronisation before deciding on a commercial action.
This edition looks back at CIAMA’s evolution. The month is an editorial milestone in the product story, not a production deployment date.
