Find the information behind a shipment
After a sale, teams often need to locate shipping information. The order number, shipment reference and tracking number identify different things.
We bring these references together in shipment monitoring. A logistics search helps teams review information actually received from connected sources.
What changes in daily work
- Find shipments by status and carrier.
- Identify shipments without a recorded tracking number.
- Read fulfillment information from your own tools.
Features in detail
Logistics
Search with the shipment in mind
Filters include status, carrier, shipping method, destination country and shipping dates. Tracking-presence filtering highlights references that need completion or review.
Keep the source of information in context
Status and tracking numbers come from collected data. Missing or outdated information calls for checking the source; the screen does not imply real-time coverage of every carrier.
API: read fulfillments
GET /api/oms/fulfillments provides paginated search by shipment or order reference, with a status filter. Results include orderIdentifier, status, carrier, trackingNumber and shipping and update dates where available.
The representation also retains the data provider and connection context. The API contract does not necessarily reproduce every screen filter. Consult the CIAMA API documentation to prepare access from your application.
Identify shipments without tracking
For a shipping review, the logistics team selects a period and carrier, then isolates shipments without tracking. It can check those records with the source instead of assuming a number is available.
A customer-service tool can read fulfillment data through the API to show the known status. Tracking coverage and freshness depend on the flows actually connected.
This edition looks back at CIAMA’s evolution. The month is an editorial milestone in the product story, not a production deployment date.
