Control stock distribution to your marketplaces

We connect product availability to marketplace stock distribution. Choose the relevant offers and their management mode, then follow dispatch attempts on supported channels.

Move from known stock to distributed quantities

Knowing your stock and displaying availability on a marketplace are separate steps. Between them, you need to identify the offer, define its management mode and check the dispatch outcome.

We extend warehouse visibility with marketplace stock distribution. The linked PIM product becomes an essential reference connecting availability to the offer.

What changes in daily work

  • Choose which offers use automatic stock management.
  • Update stock on an eligible seller-fulfilled offer.
  • Distinguish API stock ingestion from outbound channel results.

Features in detail

Choose the offers to manage

Stock Dispatcher shows offers and their distribution states. Enable or disable automatic management for a selection, then inspect the associated configuration and attempts.

Respect channel eligibility

Manual stock updates target an account-owned marketplace offer fulfilled by the seller and linked to both a product and a channel. The quantity must be a non-negative integer. Actual dispatch depends on the connector and configuration; appearing in a list does not establish universal support.

API: separate inbound stock from outbound updates

PUT /api/inventory/default-warehouse/stocks/by-product-external-id/{externalId} sends a product’s diffusable quantity to CIAMA’s Default warehouse. The asynchronous write is tracked through GET /api/inventory/default-warehouse/stocks/receipts/{receiptId}.

This receipt reports inbound stock processing, not marketplace publication. The dispatcher and connector handle the outbound step and its separate outcome. This distinction helps developers investigate the right part of the flow. See the principles in the API documentation.

Take control of a range’s stock distribution

A team wants to manage stock for a range sold on a supported channel. It checks product links, chooses which offers should use automatic management and reviews dispatch attempts.

When an offer needs separate attention, a manual action on an eligible seller-fulfilled offer sends a specified quantity. The channel result must be reviewed independently of the stock being present in CIAMA.

This edition looks back at CIAMA’s evolution. The month is an editorial milestone in the product story, not a production deployment date.
