Understand your offers’ position
Finding an offer is only the starting point for understanding its marketplace position. Your teams need to read its price and Buy Box status alongside the channel and fulfillment mode.
This step brings those indicators together to support commercial analysis. Price and Buy Box monitoring helps you choose which offers to review without promising a sales outcome.
What changes in daily work
- Distinguish held, not held and unknown Buy Box states.
- Focus on a brand, channel or fulfillment mode.
- Read collected offer prices from your application.
Features in detail
Marketplace
Read Buy Box status with its information limits
The tracker separates offers holding the Buy Box, offers not holding it and offers with an unknown state. Missing information is therefore distinct from a known result.
Focus the review on a useful scope
Channel, brand, category, tag and fulfillment filters let you target a range or activity. Monitoring views complement the offer list with information collected from the connected channels.
API: reuse an offer’s price
GET /api/oms/offers/{id} exposes the collected tax-inclusive price in priceTaxed, along with stock in the offer representation. Your application can use those values in its own review. A missing value should remain missing rather than being converted to zero.
This endpoint is not a repricing API or a complete representation of the Buy Box tracker. This edition focuses on observation and decision-making; price changes have their own scope. Explore integration principles in the API documentation.
Prioritise offers for review
During a range review, the marketplace manager selects a brand and channel, then examines offers without the Buy Box. Unknown statuses remain in a separate group for checking missing data.
For an offer worth investigating, they compare the observed price with availability and fulfillment mode. They can extend the review to sales costs and margins to discuss commercial positioning with complementary evidence.
This review helps prioritise offers for a decision. Price changes are then handled according to the channel and configured capabilities; Buy Box status remains an observation, not a sales guarantee.
