Give teams shared operational references
As you expand across sales channels, your teams need to find the right account, channel and context for each operation. Switching between tools makes that harder and adds manual reconciliation.
With CIAMA’s core platform, we give your operations a shared structure. You organise user access, identify your sales channels and share the reference data used by the modules. Each part of your business retains its identity within an environment designed to connect it.
What changes in daily work
- Bring your users into a shared working environment.
- Identify marketplace, e-commerce and B2B activity by channel.
- Build on shared country, currency and VAT reference data across modules.
Features in detail
Core · Shared platform
An account that structures your business
We organise business data around your merchant account. You have a shared framework for finding your operations and their links to CIAMA’s modules.
Access for your users
You manage the users and invitations associated with your account. The relevant people can access your company environment and the tools provided for their use.
Channels that retain their identity
You distinguish marketplace, e-commerce and B2B activity. Each channel is identified to preserve the context of sales and support navigation between offers, products and orders.
Reference data shared across modules
We provide the country, currency and VAT reference data used by business processes. You have a consistent foundation for configuring your environment and working with data from your sales channels.
A REST API to connect CIAMA to your business systems
The cockpit comes with a REST API for integrating CIAMA with your business applications. We distinguish user access from integration access: a technical client has its own credentials and the permissions needed for its exchanges.
The POST /api/auth/integration-token endpoint issues a short-lived Bearer access token. Your integration uses it to call authorised resources within your account. Access and permissions are configured when the integration is scoped.
This foundation supports the catalogue, stock and B2B exchanges covered in their respective editions. Explore our CIAMA API overview and resource families to prepare your project with your developers.
Organise a multichannel business
You distribute products through an online store, several marketplaces and a reseller network. Your marketplace manager works by channel, your logistics team follows operations, and management needs to understand the business as a whole.
You bring these users into your company account and identify each channel in CIAMA. Your teams share the same working structure while keeping the context of their own activity. Catalogue, order and stock modules can then build on that organisation.
For your deployment, we work with you to define the channels to connect, the source data and the modules your teams need.
This edition looks back at CIAMA’s evolution. The month is an editorial milestone in the product story, not a production deployment date.
